HOGWARTS --Max Dolohov: 18, Seventh Year, Archinin, OccupationMax’s primary goal is to serve as a Death Eater under Chancellor McCarthy. Once upon a time, he felt like he was the only student resistance member in the noble Archinin clique, but now that Chancellor McCarthy has taken over, he doesn’t have to hide his joy anymore. Now it is okay to be in support of democratic ideals, and that is just what Max is. Though his family once belonged at the deceased Dark Lord’s side, which he learned from his mother’s tale of the family genealogy, Max has it in his mind that he can clear his family’s name if he supports and fights for the Chancellor. Though he’s not the brightest student or the quickest thinker or any of that, Max is an excellent caster of defensive charms and transfiguration. The young man figures that those skills will come in handy at some point in time in his training to be a Death Eater. Max feels for his younger brother Felix who is forced to attend Beauxbatons, but is so happy that it’s not him; he’s refined enough and doesn’t need more of that. --Melinda Avery: 17, Seventh Year, Slytherin, Neutral, Identical TwinMelinda, along with her identical twin sister Madison, has spent six comfortable years at Hogwarts. Despite war and turmoil that prevailed during the majority of her education, Melinda has made the best of it. A typical Slytherin in every sense possible, Melinda has cunningly managed to build a substantial reputation for herself. Both respected and feared at school, she fancies herself a true politician in the making. She’s charming, intelligent and very, very cruel. Virtually inseparable from her twin sister, Melinda is expecting great things from her last year at school. --Madison Avery: 17, Seventh Year, Slytherin, Neutral, Identical TwinMadison Avery is almost always seen in the company of her sister. More of the thinker of the two, Madison was almost sorted into Ravenclaw, a fact she has never revealed to her very identical twin. While Melinda tends to be the speaker and doer of the two, Madison is the one that schemes, she rarely speaks. Almost unbearably cruel, her mind is constantly judging those around her and even sadistically imagining the sudden death of those who frustrate her. It has been rumored for years now that the Avery twins have murdered. --Carter Avery: 15, Fifth Year, Archinin, Neutral-Resistance*Carter is the kind of kid who never knew Hogwarts when Voldemort was Headmaster, but he has heard enough from his parents to be certain that he will continue his cause. The Avery family has been followers of Voldemort for centuries, he has no intention of breaking that streak. A natural Archinin, he is very similar to his older sisters, but also much more reckless. He has a penchant for talking when he shouldn’t and fighting where he’s outmatched. His pluck, of course, can be admired. His results, not so much. He’s passionate, he’s angry, and with potions skills as extraordinary as his, one might be advised not to accept any liquids from him as well.
*Carter, wanting to support Lord Voldemort's original plans, tends to lean towards the Resistance purely to oppose the new government that supports Muggles. Under the assumption the Resistance would succeed and take down this government, he would then split from the Resistance because of their own pro-Muggle attitudes. -- Alexander Harper : 17, Sixth Year, Archinin, NeutralAlexander could not give a damn about the world around him. His sole purpose for existence is his own personal gain. Since the age of seven Alexander Harper has thought of every which way under the sun to acquire what he wants when he wants. He ran his first scam when he was eleven at his first year of Hogwarts which had him selling sweets that he himself had stolen from the kitchens. His sweets soon evolved into much larger items and before the age of fourteen Alexander has several minor charges of theft under his belt and he was forced to report to the Ministry everyday during the school holidays. He is fiercely intelligent but never uses this side of him positively, it is always used to devise a new scam. Very large and muscular for his age most tend to avoid him and he doesn't have many people whom he can call friend. Everyone who has ever gotten close to him he has stolen from. There is no real reason in his past which may have cause him to act out so severely. With a big attitude and an even larger out of control temper most don't expect him to live past the age of twenty. -- Charlotte Frasier : 15, Fifth Year, Ravenclaw, ResistanceYou know those people you see in the hall or across the street that you think there maybe something a little... off? Charlotte is one of those people. She doesn't have too many friends at Hogwarts due to her rather complex view of life -- that is, that everything around her is part of a giant conspiracy. Not daring to trust anyone but herself and her parents (because, hey, they believe the same thing she does), Charlotte is an outcast at school. She wanders the halls between classes and during free time, always muttering under her breath and darting her eyes to and fro. To her, the world is out to get everyone, especially her. And, being fifteen years old, no one can convince her otherwise. She is extremely intelligent, though because she has the fallacy of thinking that she's right and everyone else is wrong, her intelligence is a tad misplaced. --Cameron Hudson: 17, Sixth Year, Ravenclaw, OccupationCameron is special in more ways than one. On the one hand, he’s a very gifted and talented athlete. His promise in this field is sure to guarantee him a spot in the Department of Magical Games and Sports when he finishes his schooling. Cameron prides himself on his excellent physical physique and often comments on how he could easily defeat any idiot Durmstrang “brawn” (a term he uses lightly to describe the obviously inferior school and student body). However his strength and physique and athleticism are not his only special features. Oh no. The one thing this boy has kept a secret for a few years now, telling only a few special individuals, is that he has mastered the art of self-transfiguration (i.e. being an animagus). Of course he’s not registered with the ministry, but then again, why would he want to tell anyone that his animagus form turned out to be a chameleon? While the form does allow this Ravenclaw to get into places and camouflage himself with ease, it’s not exactly the most masculine or threatening of creatures. The only way someone could in fact tell that the chameleon is Cameron would be the Celtic birthmark that would appear on the creatures belly (a birthmark that appears on Cameron’s abdominal region). --Stéphane Wimund : 17; Seventh Year, Archinin, NeutralHis parents, now not there to take care of the younger kids, died in the War five years ago. He had to step up and take the plate as mum dad. Stéphane is always keeping his siblings in check. Seeing as he has two younger siblings he has to look out for them, all of the time. He makes time for them. But he really does not get to even talk to them. of them he never gets to see. Especially Zacharie, he thinks that Zacharie has made a turn for the worst. But being in a home, he cannot keep that much of an eye on him because they are in a different social chain, and it is not working out so well in his mind. --Matthieu Wimund : 16; Sixth Year, Ravenclaw, NeutralMatthieu is more or less the middle sibling. He is the womanizer, one night stand, all round guy. He likes to be the center of attention and digs the time he gets to spend with the women in his life. He is usually the host, but he will also take on just going to a party. He is at one at least four days out of the week. Not being able to maintain life without women, ever, he is usually on his elder brother’s bad side. Not taking school all that seriously. But he has taken in the slight devil on his shoulder and is trying to push him aside, trying to think about school and what he wants to do with the rest of his life. --Zacharie Wimund : 15; Fifth Year, Archinin, Death EaterZacharie is not the one that you want mess with. Seeing how much Stéphane wanted out of him was just too much for him. He did not want to go that route. He wanted to do something that was out of revenge for what Stéphane wanted him to be. He was also close to his parents and also blames Stéphane for ‘his’ parent’s deaths. But no one knows why. Zacharie is a sociable person, but not too much. He does not want to get close to anyone in fear of losing them. He pushed those who loved him away, and wanted to go his own path in life. He really does not like to stay at home to hear his elder siblings bickering about anything. They on the one hand do not know what he has really turned into and that is a Werewolf. --Silvan Meier: 17, Seventh Year, Slytherin, NeutralCunning, manipulative and silver tongued - Silvan is the definition of the perfect Slytherin. He is one of the most popular young men in Hogwarts and can sweet talk his way into or out of any situation, which is why he can get into the places he can and not suffer repercussions for any of his wrong doing. He is someone who knows exactly what he wants out of life, and is ruthless when it comes to achieving his aims. He may not be the brightest of the bunch academically, but he finds that charm and charisma have taken him a lot further than any academic pursuits ever could. He has never been politically minded, but with his quick wit and sharp tongue, it is no secret that some of his more politically inclined classmates are aching for him to join their cause. He would be a trophy asset for any side to attain. Everyone wants the influence he can bring. There isn't much chance of him remaining neutral for too long. --Ghislaine Meier: 16, Sixth Year, Slytherin, ResistanceLike her older brother, Ghislaine is clever with words and uses this to her advantage. However unlike him, rather than using her talents to gain popularity, she has used her gift to follow the Resistance and is active in the covert recruitment process within Hogwarts. She is a very stubborn and one-track minded individual who, while relatively popular, has rubbed many people the wrong way. She has no qualms about making enemies if she thinks it will advance her cause within the school. Ghislaine is one of the most convincing people you will ever meet, and if she can't change your mind about the Occupation or convince you to jump off the fence, no one can. --Fabiano Deangelo: 16, Sixth Year, Archinin, OccupationOften made fun of for his diminutive appearance and (occasionally) for his Italian accent, Fabiano is mad at the world. He's got so much potential, hell he was sorted into Archinin, yet people don't look past his appearance and see him to be a highly analytical and intelligent being. You usually find him in the far corner of the Archinin commons, sneering at his peers over the thick book about advanced herbology. Short-tempered, his peers tend to swiftly walk away after poking fun at him, since Fabiano's known for blindly and aggressively lashing out. Beneath this angry and quite peculiar facade, he's secretly plotting to rise above these bullies after graduation. How? Well, that's for us to find out.

BEAUXBATONS --Lennox Rookwood: 17, Seventh Year, OccupationThe Rookwood family has come a long way from being mere brutes for the Dark Lord’s Cause. They are some of the most sophisticated people in all of France, and their eldest child Lennox is proof. Before his fifth ear began, he transferred from Hogwarts to his home country’s school of Beauxbatons. He may be outnumbered in a school that was formerly girls only, but that hasn’t stopped him from excelling. Impeccably dressed, unusually handsome, and utterly charming, Lennox has found himself quite popular in the estrogen packed walls of Beauxbatons. When he isn't being mauled by packs of girls, he is spending his time with his sister, listening to her play her music and acting as her closest friend and confident. He is incredibly protective of her, if any, she is his biggest weakness. --Ophelia Rookwood: 15, Fifth Year, NeutralOphelia Rookwood is an interesting character. Despite having gone to Beauxbatons throughout the entire duration of her schooling, she is nonetheless the lesser known Rookwood sibling. A reticent, thoughtful girl, she is gifted neither socially nor academically. Her true talent is in music: she plays the piano, harp, and flute elegantly, and spends most of her time playing. She is a true musical prodigy, but this has come at the cost of her ability to interact with others. Her grades would be significantly higher had she the motivation to pull herself away from her beloved instruments. She protects those she is close to fiercely and with a maternal passion uncommon for such a young girl. She loves her brother dearly and harbors no bitterness towards his instant popularity. In fact, it is often mutually understood between the two that he acts as a buffer between her and the pressures of the high society into which they were birthed. --Aceline Carrow: 16, Sixth Year, ResistanceAceline, meaning of noble birth, lived well up to and beyond the definition of her name. Born into the Carrow family, which had a meager beginning as followers of lord Voldemort but grew steadily in wealth over the years, Aceline lived a privileged life. Her home was comparable for a castle, and her attitude comparable to that of a princess. It’s not that she was intentional self-obsessed, she had simply only known a life that revolved around her, one where she got anything and everything she wanted at the snap of her fingers. The war however, ended this pleasant lifestyle and forever changed her life. Two days before the cease fire was ended in Aceline’s fourth year her family’s entire estate was destroyed in the fighting. Her family lost most of what it had and Aceline suddenly learned what it was like to be an average girl. She has been trying earnestly to adjust over the last two years, but she is ultimately oblivious to most things. And to top off the distress in her life, Aceline is now weighed down by a deep and passionate hatred for the occupation and for the Chancellor. --Poe Rosier: 16, Sixth Year, Neutral Poe Rosier is about as neurotic as they come, and dark to boot. Living up to the legacy of his name perfectly, Poe has a penchant for seeing the bad in people, for dwelling on death and darkness, and for imagining extravagant and terrible events that could never possibly happen to him. A true hypochondriac, it seems something is always wrong with Poe. A scratch could lead to amputation, a cough, sure death. Born into the wealthy and well respected Rosier family, he seems to be the family black sheep: peculiar, twisted, and just a little troubling to have conversations with. He’s remarkably sociable, but tends to discuss dark topics that make many people feel, well, awkward and uncomfortable. He is blissfully unaware of dark nature of his thoughts. He tends to be obsessive compulsive and germophobic (no handshaking please). He’s lovable, in a very strange, troublesome way. His family tends to worry about him constantly, expecting him to jump off the next bridge he sees; in reality, however, he is very pleased with his life even if he is a tad morbid. --Garrett Rosier: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral Garrett, like Poe, can be a little quirky at times, but is far from the grotesque extent of his brother. His lives his live to a soundtrack in his head, when anything exciting happens he can just here the music coursing through him, epic. He has a rather self-inflated view of himself, he is, after all, the star of his own personal play- everyone else is simply a part of the ensemble. Apart from believing himself to be spectacular, there isn’t anything necessarily extraordinary about him. He’s remarkably good looking, but that’s as far as it goes. He’s the kind of guys that flubs it, makes it all up. He makes himself sound smarter in everything he says; his true skill is in making himself look skillful. He’s a chronic liar as a result, but one day he’ll have to get caught in one of his lies. When it comes down to it, he really just wants someone to look up to him, he wants to be the hero and he wants to be appreciated, he jut doesn’t know how. --Henri Macnair: 17, Seventh Year, Resistance Henri is a boy poised for success. He’s strong willed, perhaps a little too stubborn, and alarmingly clever. At 17 he is already an integral part of the French Resistance- he works within Beauxbatons, snooping out information that may be useful to their cause and outside of school with the Underground newspaper publication, where he often writes articles and collaborates of Resistance topics. It’s as if he was made for espionage, sneaking around the school, often in the dead of night, eavesdropping and hoping to better the Resistance’s cause. He hates that the occupation has robbed his people of the ability to govern themselves. His problem, however, is that he is a workaholic, often sacrificing sleep to snoop around. He’s almost always running on low, and at some point, he’s bound to crack. --Felix Dolohov: 16, Sixth Year, Occupation Going to Beauxbatons was never in Felix’s plans for schooling. In fact, Felix planned on going to Durmstrang for his entire “academic” career. It’s more his type of school. Unfortunately his parents did not feel that he would turn out to be the great young man they wanted him to be. Therefore when Beauxbatons went coed two years ago, they quickly moved him to the finishing school. Felix hates it at Beauxbatons. He doesn’t want to learn how to eat properly or throw a party or anything like that. He just wants to learn how to train his body to be the strongest that it can be. Felix can’t fight for the Occupation if he’s learning something stupid like cotillion or something like that. Chancellor McCarthy won’t care if Felix can set a table up properly or throw a proper gala or even know music. That’s not how Felix perceives his new leader, and being a proper young gentleman is not what this boy wants to be. He's quite jealous of his older brother Max who doesn't have to deal with what their parents are putting him through. -- Quentin Law: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral A very serious fellow, Quentin is a man of wealthy upbringing. His manner of speech is usually laced with rich sarcasm. Never being the type of person to crack a smile or laugh at a joke, Quentin has a difficult time simply loosening up around others. Sure there is a time to be serious, however that should never strip away all the fun in life. Complaining seems to be the only thing he's good at, if there is ever anything good out there you can beat your bottom dollar that Quentin has something negative to say about it. He doesn't honestly try to see his cup half empty, it's just a natural part of his persona. When it comes to his sister Isabella, he's usually condoning about her and states that she needs to be more independent on a typical owl to owl basis (yes they owl each other often!). He does not trust people, that is something that simply does not happen. Instead he treats everyone like an acquaintance, never letting down his guard and letting people see the person underneath his class and etiquette. One thing is for sure, while he's no duelist - when it comes to executing spells you can bet your bottom dollar that he'll get it right the first time.[SEE ISABELLA LAW]

DURMSTRANG --Nadejda Beckett: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral Adopted from a Russian orphanage by the English Becketts, Nadejda has proven the “terrible adopted child syndrome” tired and incorrect. She is a strong, young, Russian lady, above average in her studies and physically fit enough to be a quidditch player (though she is not one). Unfortunately she has to deal with the rejection of her female peers who proclaim her to be nothing more than a dirty English girl and not a true Russian princess as her family has treated her to be. Still the girl has not given up hope that one day all will respect her, even if it means ruling over them all. --Edward Beckett: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral Edward is by no means popular. Now that all schools are coed and under a “democratic” rule, an English boy in Durmstrang provokes the native Slavs to taunt and tease, and thus Edward receives it. He’s smart, but not the smartest; he’s attractive, but not the most attractive; he’s strong, but not the strongest. Overall he’s a pretty “average” person, but then again, he holds something over all the enemies: Edward leads a secret society, very secret, a mafia of sorts; its name: LOKI, it's name known only by those inside the group itself. The groups’ acts are local, affecting fellow peers and professors of Durmstrang and perhaps some of the city, but mostly they are restricted to just the school. The members are handpicked by Edward himself, but that should not insinuate trust. The English boy has a hidden temper and can act quite rashly. Edward loves his adoptive sister and hopes to induct her as his second in command eventually. --Ninel Volkov: 16, Sixth Year, OccupationNinel is a child of revolution and rebellion. Her mother is against all patriarchal ideals and patronymic traditions. Therefore Ninel Volkov is unusual to say the least. This girl is exactly like her mother: a rebel and non-conventionalist. When Durmstrang first went coed, Ninel jumped at the chance to attend the once males-only institution. She was just as good as, if not better than, any man and could survive quite well in the barren climate. In fact, she’s done just that. Ninel is hardly a trophy wife or even an obedient wife. This free thinker stands up for herself on a daily basis and often vocalizes her disdain for chivalry. --Vladimir Lazarov: 18, Seventh Year, Occupation Vladimir is the top student in his class: his brawn is tough and his brain is smart. He passes all physical and academic tests with a finesse that seems unreal. How he does it, no one really seems to know. All that matters is what goes on the records. The boy can get all the girls he could every want, could obtain any job he wants, yet he never seems happy or satisfied with it all. Truth be told, Vlad doesn’t want it all. He doesn’t want fame, glory, or money. All he really wants is to design and make clothes and see his clothes worn by others. No, Vladimir is not gay or closeted anything (he likes women), but the artistic influence from both parents during his young life allowed him to see the creative outlet in clothing. However this is a secret. No one in the school, no one, knows this. No one outside of Vladimir knows this secret. If anyone were to find out, Vlad’s reputation and very wellbeing could be in harm and then who knows what kind of drastic action the young man could take. --Sergei Zdravkov: 17, Seventh Year, Occupation Sergei is a politician at heart. Why his family ever sent him to Durmstrang in the first place is beyond any logical thought. The boy likes to talk…a lot, but he talks with a purpose. His entire family supports Chancellor McCarthy and thus Sergei has learned of the wonders of the McCarthian Rule. He orates to others how they should feel and defends Chancellor McCarthy with every fiber of his being. Sergei’s goal is to get as close to the Chancellor as possible after Durmstrang and become the Chancellor’s Court Historian or even his Personal Assistant. That would be grand. Until then, Sergei is a rhetorician trapped in a school where his talent is seemingly wasted. --Anya Alkaeva: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral Anya is special in one way more than any: she is a direct descendent and the next in line for the Russian throne, or she would be if her family had not been exiled from Russia decades ago, before even the birth of her own father. Anya, though, does not know this. Instead she lives as a poor peasant girl whose father became destitute due to a business proposition gone awry. The seventh year puts up a strong and happy front, especially for her fragile little brother Sasha, but she’s not happy. She feels that she deserves more and better than her father can provide. She deserves more than what the cards of fate have prescribed to her. Until that magical day when a rich prince charming comes to take her away, Anya watches over Sasha and takes care of him like he were born from her own loins. That is all she feels she can do at the moment, even with her desire to get away from it all. --Sasha Alkaev: 16, Sixth Year, Neutral Life is rather unfortunate for this little prince. He’s poor, had to wear Anya’s hand-me-downs for the longest time (still does some of the time in fact), and soon after his 16th birthday, he was bitten by a vampire and turned into one of the blood thirsty creatures. Perhaps Sasha’s vampirism is the reason the boy’s father doesn’t wish to touch him or even claim his as his own anymore or maybe it’s the reason he’s picked on all the time at school. Sasha never fights back, ever, though he has a clear advantage over the other boys. He can always be seen sucking on a blood lollipop so his cravings don’t attack all at once. Maybe fate has something in store for this little prince though. Maybe there is something that he will be a part of that will change his life forever. Or maybe he’ll just stay a poor vampire peasant. Only time will tell. --Magdalena Hadjiev: 18, Seventh Year, Occupation Magdalena is the perfect Bulgarian wife: obedient, strong, and definitely not a fragile flower. Unfortunately that’s all this girl ever seems to have on her mind: marriage. Since she was three, she’s been planning her wedding day. Every boyfriend she gets she feels is “the one” and eventually that is the downfall of the relationship. However that has not discouraged this girl from finding the right man and soon. She even has a list of all the qualities in a man she is looking for, and will flatly and blatantly tell someone one of the numerous reasons that they are not perfect for her. Maybe one day she’ll find the right guy whom she will marry, hopefully sooner rather than later. After all, if she is going to produce at least five children, she’ll need to get started as soon as possible. --Plamen Alekseev: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral This boy has some serious issues with which he has to deal. His biological mother left him in St. Mungo’s shortly after giving birth due to his being born blind, and his first foster family turned out to be resistance supporters, whom he turned in quickly for fear of his own life. Plamen is afraid, paranoid even, that someone from the government will come one day to take him away either to death or rehabilitation. He’s spooked easily and, quite frankly, losing his mind every second. How he’s lasted through school and seventeen years of life is a miracle in itself and amazes most everyone. Yet there’s still something special about this young lad that not even he realizes. Some say this boy is so close to being locked up in St. Mungo’s for life; others say he just needs a good Cruciatus Therapy Session or two. Plamen, however, is bound to prove to everyone that he’s not crazy and that big brother is watching…closely. --Nikolai Pavlov: 16, Sixth Year, Occupation, Identical Twin The elder twin by half a minute lives a life of oddity, so much so that his peers have dubbed him the odd twin. What makes him so odd though? Nikolai seemingly talks to himself, or to someone whom he calls “Shiloh.” However no one ever sees anyone talking aside from Nikolai. Even with this quirk, and the several other quirky facts about him, Nikolai is not a weak boy. He can defend himself quite easily; no if only he’d fully apply himself to his classes. Nikolai, sadly, has no drive or determination to do anything after he finishes school or even during school. Professors, his parents, and his brother have tried to get him to look to the future, but Nikolai just won’t. He keeps saying “Shiloh tells me everything will be fine.” Who exactly is this “Shiloh” and what will it take for Nikolai to wake up and look forward to the future? --Mikhail Pavlov: 16, Sixth Year, Occupation, Identical Twin The younger twin to Nikolai, Mikhail is a jock by all definitions. He’s a jerk, chauvinistic, a playboy, and all around sex fiend. French women hate him, Slavic women love him, gay boys love staring at him; he pretty much has the world on a silver platter. The future is bright in the Chancellorship for Mikhail except for one little hiccup: Nikolai. Mikhail loves his brother dearly but sometimes feels that Nikolai is far too much of a handful. If he and Nikolai weren’t identical twins, then he’d probably deny even being related to the elder twin. When you apply to a government job, your employer looks at your entire family, and Mikhail doesn’t want Nikolai to mess up his chances at a dream job. If only Mikhail were not related to Nikolai. Unfortunately for Mikhail, his twin is odd and he’s going to have to live with that fact…or is he? --Penka Velichkov: 17, Sixth Year, Death Eaters Penka is a follower through and through. She is easily manipulated by a strong leader and takes orders well. The sixth year is very, very strong, but that has only helped her pass her physical class; her actual academic classes require her to do actual work, and she doesn’t like that. In fact, she doesn’t’ do it. Penka listens to her Queen Bee’s orders intently and never questions an order. She loves beating down on the weaker students and strikes back at anyone who disrespects her or her Queen Bee. She’ll make an excellent Death Eater one of these days, as long as her leader doesn’t accidentally get her killed first somehow.

MALTALVIA --Olivia Vitali: 16, Sixth Year, Neutral Olivia is a nice, quiet girl. She doodles when she can, enjoys the sunshine and fresh breeze from the Mediterranean Sea (should it reach the school that is), staring at the boys as they play their sports, and is a big animal lover. This girl seems like a pretty normal sixteen year old girl, right? Unfortunately the normalcy seemingly stops there. Due to the constant shifts in power of Italy since her birth to the present, Olivia has trust issues, along with the majority of Maltalvia, as well as a fear of anyone in total power. She doesn’t know who to trust completely or who to support completely anymore. In fact, she’s almost afraid to trust any of the rulers anymore. The volatility of the government throughout her life has left her skeptical of anything political really. Perhaps one day she’ll learn to trust those in power, or maybe she won’t. --Cornelia Fiore: 17, Seventh Year, Neutral Cornelia follows her surname to a “t”: she is indeed like a flower. The girl is rather thin and sometimes even sickly looking, but she says that her body is her temple and that it is being taken care of. This vegetarian believes in Mother Gaia and all the good things that nature can do. Some who know what the term means have referred to her as a “hippie” while others just pass her off as a result of the constant power shifts within the government over the past decade. However, there is something very special about Cornelia, very special indeed. Whenever she walks by or bats her eyes at the boys, they start to drool and forget what they were talking about. It’s a great tool that Cornelia does indeed love using for her own personal gain. Her secret? She is one-fourth veela. She only recently found out about her full heritage, partially thanks to the Americans, but has enjoyed using this single piece of information, a secret to most everyone around her. With having veela blood, why would she even have to eat meat and animals to gain muscle? She can have other boys do that work for her. --Raul Fiore: 18, Sixth Year, Neutral Raul is loud and boisterous. He likes noise and he likes making lots of it. In fact, he’s even been trying to put together a band. Sadly, that’s all his eyes are set on: his band. He doesn’t pay enough attention in school and is in danger of having to repeat his sixth year once again. [He’s currently on his third try.] When he’s not dreaming about his band or whatnot, which isn’t often, Raul is often meditating with Cornelia but not for Cornelia’s reasons. Raul is meditating for inspiration, any kind of inspiration. He is a firm believer in muses and often finds girls to be his muse for the next “big hit” he’s going to write, though more often than not it’s just a ploy to have a one night stand. After all, a major rock star can’t have any strings holding him down. He can’t have a girlfriend and be famous. It just won’t work. Raul and his sister don’t always get along, especially when Raul eats a nice piece of medium rare meat in front of her, but they get along fairly okay. Whether or not Raul will ever listen to his sister or family’s pleas for him to grow up and stop thinking with his hormones will be told only with time. --Leopold Wronski: 16, Sixth Year, Neutral Leopold has literally been to all the schools now under Occupation control. For his first two years, his family sent him to Hogwarts where he went into Ravenclaw. The next two years were spent in Durmstrang followed by one year at Beauxbatons. Now he has found himself at Maltalvia in Italy. No one knows why Leopold has been transferred beyond belief to each and every school. He himself isn’t even quite sure. This Polish boy is very bright and and didn't give the schools any reason to kick him out, so the mystery of his transfer remains that: a mystery. He’s friendly and makes friends very easily. Leopold just has that charm and suave that accompanies most Wronski men. The boy knows how to treat a lady and does not take any female for granted. One of his favourite pastimes is singings. Yes, Leopold sings as trained by his mother. The boy doesn’t look like much of a fighter, but he has one thing hidden up his sleeve that most probably do not. What’s his strength? Leopold has been professionally trained in the Art of Swordsmanship by his father, a master in the art. Who knew the boy could fight so well with something other than magic or fists? --Matthieu Olivier: 17, Seventh Year, Occupation This young French boy is exactly like his parents: all about the art world. Matthieu is definitely an artist, seeing the world in colours and shapes and life, not boring black and white numbers and rigidity. This boy is all about being creative. He’ll dance, sing, draw, write, act, and do pretty much anything that he considers to be a “creative outlet.” In fact, this creativity is one of the reasons his family remained in Italy during the Resistance take over six years ago and allowed their son to stay in Maltalvia when the Chancellor took over. Italy is full of history and art, and that is the nexus of sorts where they want Matthieu to absorb the creative flow of life. However, outside of this “creative lifestyle”, Matthieu is not quite strong at much. He struggles in school, at times he seems socially awkward, and he is just a little misunderstood. However he knows that one day he will be commissioned to paint the official portrait of Chancellor McCarthy due to his own prowess and renown that will come—eventually. -- Adam Gallo: 16, Sixth Year, Maltalvia, Pro-Voldemort/Cause If it walks like a death eater, talks like a death eater, and looks like a death eater, doesn't mean it is a death eater. Adam could have been the perfect poster boy for the cause. The only problem? The cause isn't in charge anymore. After the occupation and watching the world around him fall, at only sixteen Adam was a broken young man who only wanted revenge on the people who brought about the destruction. Within the walls of Maltalvia, he rallies the troops like the resistance had done for years, but he doesn't work for the resistance. He wants things the way they were before, but just that way, without the fighting and people wanting equal rights like the Americans gave. He wants what Voldemort wanted and he will do what is necessary to achieve his goals. -- Isabella Law: 16, Seventh Year, Occupation Sugar, spice, and everything nice. Isabella is the epitome of the girl next door. She gets good grades in all her classes, obeys her parents every word, and makes friends at the drop of a dime. It would appear that her life is perfect, or anything close to such. There is one small problem though, deep down beneath all that pride and joy is a confused and scared little girl. Bella has difficulty standing up for herself, she does everything that people ask of her - including joining all of the extra curricular activities and aiming to be the best in her class. With the added pressure of her parents wanting her to do her best and a brother that claims she needs to grow a spine almost in every letter he sends her. What's more Bella has always been the prodigy child, while she is probably not as serious as her brother, her parents have always pushed her to do her best since she was little. Causing somewhat of a resentment with her and her older brother. Isabella is at the brink of loosing her self control. There is only so much responsibility a person should have before they burn out, and Bella is no different. She wishes not to let anyone down even if it forsakes her dreams in the process. Who knows, one day she may develop a backbone and start living her life for herself. However, until that faithful day comes she is at the mercy of pleasing everyone around her, while in the process leaving her own desires on the back burner. [SEE QUENTIN LAW]

MISC ADULTS Americans:
--Amanda Burke: 24, Ministry Official, Department of the Occupation, OccupationVicious is perhaps the most appropriate word to describe Miss Amanda Burke. An American brought over to Europe to help manage the occupation, she as utter disdain for the locals. The few she can stand (often the more high society kind) often find themselves privy to classified information and favors on behalf of the ‘chancellor.’ She has a great deal of power and can pull a lot of strings for those in her favor. She’s a type A personality: workaholic, impatient, and has little tolerance for less than superb performance. Privately though, she’s very creative and is torn between her obsession with power and performance and her creative drive to write and compose. --Scott Penn: 22, Ministry Official, Department of International Magical CooperationScott’s job within the Ministry is a very specific one; as a half-blood himself, it is a job very close to his heart. Scott is the official liaison between the Chancellor’s government and the newly ‘liberated’ Muggles of Wizarding Europe. His job is to serve as a contact to all Muggles and provide them with the tools necessary to successfully integrate into the prejudiced society. He is part counselor, part body guard, and part logistics coordinator. On a personal level, he is terrified of having been transferred to Europe- he knows that by being a half-blood, half the people automatically want him dead. This is a fact he doesn’t show however, he manages to maintain cool despite his worry. To compensate for the stress, however, he has developed a bit of a drinking habit since having been transferred. --Colton Bradley: 26, Ministry Official, Department of Top Secret Hearings, Occupation, MuggleBoth a Muggle and a highly respected judge for his age, Colton was brought over to Europe to preside as chief judge in their judicial system. However, don’t expect his rulings to be very just. He operates with a cruel sense of irony; he’s a sadist who finds amusement in handing down unfavorable rulings- only for the Europeans, that is. He’s a friendly, funny co-worker for the Americans with a hearty laugh and a witty sense of humor. Being around so few Americans and so many Europeans, he has been forced to befriend some of them; he will only acknowledge a European who can match his wit and is extremely intelligent, or if they’re female and he hasn’t been laid in a few days. When he does go out in public around Europeans, he hides the fact that he is a Muggle for his own safety. --Wyatt Smith: 23, Ministry Official, Department of Mysteries, OccupationThe quiet, mysterious type, Wyatt has always chosen his words carefully. Educated at some of the best preparatory and higher education schools in the US, he is devastatingly intelligent yet persistently reserved. He’s almost embarrassed of his elevated IQ. The only time he may ever appear pedantic or exceedingly intelligent is his unfortunate habit of rarely being able to resist correcting someone’s improper grammar. He has a passion for literature and tends to avoid excessively social situations. He is, however, highly revered at the Ministry. He tends to fall hard and fast for the women that catch his eye, but his aversion to social situations makes it difficult for him to act on this affection. His resolution in coming to Europe though, is to overcome his social inhibitions. --Camden Brown: 20, Ministry Official, Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes, Occupation, MugglebornCamden may be young, but he’s earned every bit of his job. Since he was a kid, he had always been fascinated with catastrophes and how they’re handled. He gets a rush from the adrenaline of working within potentially life or death situations- for some strange reason; this is the boy’s passion. From the time he was legally old enough to do so, he began working at local police offices trying to build up his resume. He’s the kind of kid that lives hard. He works hard, parties hard, and when he falters, falls hard. He left his second year of college on a whim to join the administration being transferred to Europe. His brash personality though, has caused him problems on this new continent. A blunt New-Yorker, he’s gotten into a number of fights and thrown out of a number of bars. --Stella Moore: 23, Ministry Official, Administration, Occupation, MuggleStella is about as sweet a girl as can be. She’s a cool tempered quick-witted Midwesterner with a charming sense of humor. She’s a master of logistical planning and coordinates most inter-departmental events throughout the ministry. Her job may not be the most exciting thing in the world, but her new life in Europe more than makes up for it. She’s been forced to forge an unlikely bond with Colton Bradley, being Muggles. Having to hide the fact that she has no magical ability while trying to live an average life in a place that constantly demands use of magic has added a new, undesired layer of stress to her life. For a girl that lived a life in America popular because of her friendliness, the prejudice in Europe may become too much. --Constance Crooney: 24, Ministry Official, Unspecified Department (Player’s Choice), ResistanceConstance Crooney knew from the moment she applied to join the administration being set up in Europe that she would be a traitor. Her father was a personal friend of the newly instituted Chancellor McCarthy and had made clear to her what McCarthy’s feelings were towards the Europeans. Constance knew should couldn’t let a man like that run wild with a helpless continent. As an acquaintance of the Chancellor, she often finds herself in his favor and allowed more leeway in her assignments. From the moment she arrived in Europe at the start of the official occupation, she met up with the local English Resistance and began working diligently as a spy for their cause. --Dahlia Lewis: 29, School Staff, Headmistress of Maltalvia, Occupation, MugglebornThis job is important to Dahlia. Her parents were not very supportive of her decision to go to Europe and work for Chancellor McCarthy all alone, and this job is the chance for her to show her parents that she is able to do this (despite her being almost thirsty years old). She hails from the Antebellum South, but is exceptionally bright and brilliant. In fact, at Salem Witches Institute, where she received her magical education, she was compared to the history book character Bartemius Crouch Jr.; Dahlia herself following her European counterpart’s ways of gaining a dozen high test scores every year. Dahlia believes in the education of the youth for a better tomorrow, and especially plans to educate the one persecuted muggles of Europe so that they may have a better future in which to live. Don’t take Dahlia for a weakling, though. Just because she’s smart doesn’t mean she’s a frail flower. Cross her once, and you’ll wish you hadn’t. The bright can always come up with creative ways of payback. --Charles M. Wolfe; 25, Ministry Official, Department of Mysteries, Occupation, MuggleCharles Wolfe is a bright young man who idolizes Chancellor McCarthy. His biggest accomplishment to date? He obtained the title of Grandmaster* at the age of 14. Because of this, Charles is an exceptional strategist, a brilliant tactician, and uses an analytical eye that could rival coke-bottle glasses. When the Chancellor took over the darkened and savage Europe, Charles jumped at the process of working for the Chancellor in order to reorganize and inform the savage Europeans about the wonders of everything that is non-magical. He wanted to work closely with the Chancellor and be an advisor of sorts, but where was this analyst placed? In the Department of Mysteries in the Ministry. Charles isn’t happy about his placement, but if the Chancellor felt that this was the best place, then Charles figures that he’ll just have to do the job for right now. Being in the Department of Mysteries is frightening though. Charles fears for his life every day he walks the corridors. He may be a Grandmaster, but that won’t help him against the prejudice that still obviously haunts the ministry.
*A Grandmaster is someone who excels and is internationally recognized as a strong chess player. This title is exceptionally difficult to achieve and takes years to obtain, most who try do not make the cut. --Grayson Visscher; 34, Durmstrang Headmaster & Physical Combat/Training Professor, Occupation, HalfbloodMajor General of the US Army hand selected by Chancellor McCarthy to rule over Durmstrang and for a very good reason. Grayson's prowess lay in tactical guerrilla warfare. He's cruel and ruthless in his ways and heads over Durmstrang with an iron fist, encouraging the young men and women to be as strong as possible and to join the new Death Eaters; but, unfortunately, he is incapable of seeing anything other than his linear views. However in a world where Chancellor McCarthy rules, Grayson's views are, ideally, perfect for his position. Then again, life is not always ideal. --Elena Viteri; 29, Beauxbatons Headmistress, Occupation, HalfbloodOf the 4 school heads, Elena is the nicest. In fact, one might wonder how she came to acquire the job (and some rumours have definitely spread about). Elena is a princess of sorts: she likes luxurious activities and things, jewels, gems, and, most of all, the colour pink. Some might think she's just a spoiled little girl and ill-fit for the job, and to an extent, she is. However Elena's heart is considered golden by many. Elena is nice, compassionate and heartfelt in everything she does. Of course, in this supposed purity, there is a sense of youthfulness and all that comes with that sense. Resistance:
--Jeremy Thacker; 36, English Resistance Leader, Half-bloodFor thirty years, Jeremy lived in fear. For thirty years, the English boy was in hiding with his muggle father and witch mother in Italy with high hopes of the resistance becoming stronger and that he could some day go to school and learn like the rest of the witches and wizards he'd come in contact with. He's always had this vision in his mind of how things could be and now, with the death of the former English Resistance leader and the occupation of the Americans, Jeremy has stepped up to head the Resistance in England so he can lead the people in the direction of what he's always idealized. He's quiet and calculating in his work, though it's all in the way he works. He's a hopeless romantic, everyone else is just hopeless. --Simon Séverin; 28, French Resistance Leader, PurebloodOn the 15th of August in 1769, Napoléon Bonaparte was born. In 2078, Simon Séverin was born. If ever there was a reincarnation of the legendary Napoléon, Simon would be that person. To be so young and be in charge of the entire French Resistance, Simon had to have nothing less than military genius and political power. An amazing orator, Simon thrives on getting the attention that he deserves and receives as he speaks out against the Oppressors. In doing so, the man has developed a very strong sense of opinion is very stubborn and headstrong in his ways. If it were up to him, he would be charge of all the resistances and lead the movement against the Occupation himself. His main goal is to revive France and all the glory of which the rare storybook here or there spoke. However he first has to ensure that everyone takes him seriously. After all, France isn't the most popular country, and it doesn't help that Simon is of less than average stature. --Rosalia Baggio; 35, Italian Resistance Leader, HalfbloodRosalia knows everything about Italy like the back of her hand. Having grown up in the Vatican during the reign of Voldemort, she took the opportunities to learn from the banned books of a world before Voldemort. She learned of history and the generals of the centuries with their war strategies. From this, the girl grew curious into the art of espionage, and by practicing constantly (and closely coming into contact with death and imprisonment several times as a young child), she grew up to become an expert in the subject. All aspects of the art of espionage rest neatly on her belt. Because of her childhood spent learning of the past, Rosalia learned of strategy and open-mindedness, both of which she brings to the table in Resistance Meetings. Her plans are to eradicate the tyrannical rulers and restore the once darkened continents to a peaceful time when acceptance is widely taught and intolerance is punished. Of course, she knows that this cannot be achieved bloodless.

ALL ABOUT HALFBREEDS VAMPIRESVampires are special on I&E. Why? For one, they don't sparkle. Vampires are pale in complexion. They live forever too. [Immortality. Cool huh?] All those myths you've been told by Bram Stoker are false save for a few. Things like garlic won't hurt vampires, nor will crosses or the sun. The only thing that can kill a vampire is a stake to the heart. Silver can burn, but it won't necessarily kill. Vampires attain the same magic level when they were bitten (a muggle who turns into a vampire would not be able to use magic afterwords whereas a wizard or witch would). I&E Vampires are also quicker and stealthier and stronger, but they can't run really fast. WEREWOLVESWerewolves are fun. When a wizard, witch, or muggle is first bitten, their senses suddenly become tenfold stronger, even while in human form. And that's the thing: during the day, werewolves look like normal, everyday people. One wouldn't be able to tell that someone is a werewolf without being told or seeing the transformation. Now this transformation only happens when the Full Moon is out. When a werewolf is transformed, s/he sees only in black and white and loses all human thought. However the latter can change over time. Some werewolves have been known to control their actions while in wolf form, but this takes many, many years to master. Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to do so. Wolfsbane Potions may be used to ensure that werewolf in question does not go crazy when the transformation happens and won't transform until the full moonlight hits their body. There is no cure, however hindering the full transformation is entirely possible. If you have any more questions about these two halfbreeds, or about any other halfbreed that perhaps we forgot about, feel free to PM me and I'll answer them and then put a blurb up here for future references. :]
